Dr. Justin D. Key is a Los Angeles-based actor, entrepreneur, creative, and professional with over 15 years of experience. He has carved out a multifaceted career as a performer, speaker, entrepreneur, consultant, and college professor, holding an associate’s degree in Acting from AMDA College of the Performing Arts, a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from LeMoyne-Owen College, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Mount Saint Mary's University, and a Doctorate in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Before diversifying interests, Justin began his career in the entertainment industry as an actor, voiceover artist, and print model. He has appeared on platforms like Netflix, BET, Comedy Central, PBS, and Amazon Prime and in print campaigns for Walmart, Ross Stores, and Burlington. His work has been recognized by Forbes Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, Memphis 40 Under 40, and the UNCF, highlighting his contributions to philanthropy, creative projects, and business.
As a business consultant, Justin drives Black Theorem, providing expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership, and mindset development. He works with various clients, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Additionally, he founded Black Theorem Media, a media production company dedicated to innovative storytelling. The company produces content highlighting cultural diversity and rich narratives across various media platforms.
Justin is a respected speaker and panelist, recognized as a Black Enterprise Magazine 2019 Man of Distinction. He has received the Key to the City in his hometown, was honored as Alumnus of the Year by his HBCU alma mater, and inducted into the UNCF Alumni Hall of Honors. An active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Justin is a staunch advocate for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and advises several organizations, contributing his expertise and experience to foster growth and development.
